Learning by writing

I'm building a weekly writing habit: pick a random topic on Unprompted, research the core idea, and explain it in my own words.

I start with a few reliable sources, put them aside while I draft, then return to check the facts. The aim is a short article that helps me understand something new.

There is room for smaller observations here too. Not everything needs to become an essay.
